I know I would have been crazy to try to do everything myself. Even if I were fluent in French (I am not), I still would have had a lot of problems because of the differences in how things are done in France versus the US. Someone would have to have infinite patience and be able to avoid becoming frustrated due to problems and failures if they tried to handle the real estate themselves.

Nicole did our migration consultation over the phone when we were still in the UK. She advised how and when we could access the French Health Care System via CPAM. We then bought the Health Care package and Nicole gave us a comprehension list of documents we would need, the forms to fill and where to send them. We are a very independent family who tend to research well and find our own solutions – never use travel agents etc etc. So we were unsure how this service would work for us. About 2 years ago a young lady responded to my request for information on an ex-pat forum. Dennelle listened to what I had to say and then told me I could turn my dreams into reality. She explained to me about Renestance and how they could assist me. At first I was apprehensive, not knowing the language, but my excitement convinced me that this was the thing to do.

I spent the following year preparing for the next phase of my life. Renestance went above and beyond in answering all my questions.
